Upstream completes analysis of SPACE cohort

Upstream has successfully completed its analysis of SPACE cohort, reaching a key milestone in the development of a diagnostic tool that aims to accurately and rapidly diagnose unstable angina in the troponin grey zone.

This analysis demonstrated 90% sensitivity, 54% specificity and 98.1% negative predictive value to diagnose unstable angina in the troponin grey zone. These results represent a 64% relative improvement in specificity compared to current triage protocols, allowing more effective triage of the troponin grey-zone.
